Well, I know nothing about tea carts but when I saw this at a thrift store the other day, I just had to have it! I traded the lady that worked there for a few things that I had... but didn't want. So it worked out just perfect for me! Tip: Don't be afraid to try to barter at thrift and antique stores. It never hurts to ask and a lot of times it works!
